Looks like someone is enjoying their 15 minutes of fame a little too much at someone else’s expense. I would expect this of a 22 year old former American Idolcontestant, not a minister who was formerly endorsed by the first black presidential candidate we have had since the 80’s.  Rev. Wright took it upon himself to hold a press conference earlier this week to talk about the war some more.  Why? Only he knows.  This is what presidentail candidate Barack Obama had to say after hearing about the Reverands recent antics:

“Obviously, whatever relationship I had with Rev. Wright has changed as a result of this,” Obama declared during a nationally televised news conference from North Carolina. “I do not see that relationship being the same after this.”

“Anybody who has worked with me, who knows my life, who has read my books, who has seen what this campaign’s about, I think, will understand that it is completely opposed to what I stand for and where I want to take this country,” Obama said.

In my honest opinion, this is the last thing Obama needs to be addressing at this critical point of the race.  Me thinks the Rev. Wright will not be going away quietly anytime soon.  Even if is jeopardizes Obama’s run for the White House.

Actress, Halley Berry shopped in LA recently and showed off her still voluptuous figure from the recent birth of daughter Nahla.  No photos of Baby daddy, Gabriel Aubrey since the birth of their daughter.  Are these two even together anymore?

Rapper, Lil Kim aka The Queen Bee got a visit from the repo man recently in New Jersey.  TMZ has exclusive video footage of the repo men going to Kim’s huge mansion to repo her silver Bentley. Is that the same Bentley that Ray J supposedly gave her?  NEhoo, the repo men knocked on Kim’s door to ask her about the 4 month late car note.  Kim was actually at home and spoke with them through the door, but would not come outside nor give them the keys willingly.  Boy, the economy must be hard on all of us these days.

In the meantime, another ex of Ray J, Keeping Up With the Kardashians reality star, Kim Kardashian banged her Bentley up in Los Angeles.  Are we really surprised to her hear she’s a bad driver?

Well, it’s official.  MTV Wild N Out star, Nick Cannon has proposed to singer, Mariah Carey over the weekend, presenting her with a 2.5 million dollar engagement ring from Jacob and Company.  Wow, I didn’t know it was like that Nick!  NEhoo, It seems Nick is just aching to be married.  After all, wasn’t he just engaged to that Victoria’s Secret model last year.

I give Mimi and Nick another 6 months … tops, to play out this facade of an engagement.  Who knows, maybe they will prove all of us wrong.  Because did we really believe Usher would actually marry Tameka?  I’m not trying to give Nick a hard time, but dude falls in and out of love as much as I go out to walk the dog … which is everyday.  Just to prove a point, I thought I would dig up some photos of Nick Cannon and the many “loves of his life”.   Stay tuned for the next episode of “Who Will Nick Cannon Hit Next?”

We posted a story last week about Jennifer Lopez’s new reality show deal with TC, which will follow her new path as a mom raising twins.  Well… Jenny from the Block has her panties in a bunch and insists the show is not a reality show, but a documentary. Oh … okay. Is that the politically correct tern these days?  Was her short lived dance show on MTV a documentary as well?  Did she not appear on the reality show American Idol last year with a smile on her face?  Whatev J-Lo.

Rapper, Lil Mama had to break up a fight between her brother and some bouncers at a New York City nightclub last night.  Lil Mama’s brother got upset because some of his friends were getting turned away at the door of a nightclub.  TMZ reports that Lil Mama got her brother out of there before the cops came and things really got loose.

Happy Birthday to Master P. He is 38 today.

Vivid Entertainment is set to release an alleged Jimi Hendrix sex tape video.  The tape features a guy who looks similiar to Hendrix in a dimly lit room with two women.  The New York Times says his face only appears on screen for about 45 seconds and his eyes are closed.

The footage has reportedly been around for a long time and many experts and former friends claim it’s not him. The HBIC of Vivid said, “I believe that we did our due diligence, and as a result of that clearly believe that it’s him. If they said that it wasn’t him, I would never have put it out.”

A little birdy told me that Mariah Carey is still hanging out with Drumline actor, Nick Cannon, on the low.  The couple were spotted in Las Veags at Prive for rapper Da Brat’s birthday party. Just this past weekend, Carey was photographed wearing a huge diamond ring on her engagement ring, but I seriously doubt it’s fron Nick.  You know Mimi bought that rock for herself.  I still say Nick should get back with Christina Milian.

I Legend actor, Will Smith is currently shooting a new movie called Seven Pounds. Unfortunately a grip 50 year old grip fell and was injured on the set this morning and had to be rushed to the hospital. Luckily, his injuries were minor and Smith will continue with his shoot.

Monstor’s Ball actress, Halle Berry emerged at an event in Los Angeles over the weekend looking absolutely radiant.  The voluptuous new mom wore a leaopard print dress that showed off her baby cleavage.  No babay Nahla in sight yet, but I’m sure Halle is preparing her for her closeup in the near future.

VH-1 Flavor of Love’s Deelishis is not going to go away without a fight.  The former reality tv star is rocking an 80’s flashdance look in this month’s issue of Smooth Magazine.  Wonder what ever happened to that line of jeans she was hawking last year ….

Mariah Carey performed live on Good Morning America this morning in a hot pink dress. Well, maybe not all the way live. Mariah’s track that she was singing along with started befor the singer was ready to sing and pretty much did it’s own thing through most of the performance. Carey was not pleased at all and at what point sang “stop singing my part baby”.

Mariah has been experiencing a little dramz this week. Although she is #1 on the charts, her album sales are nowhere near what they used to be. I guess this could be said for everyone. The music biz is so screwed right now.
