Kim Kardashian’s U.S. reality TV show is getting a facelift – one of her family members will unveil they’ve had plastic surgery in an upcoming episode.
The 28-year-old socialite stars alongside sisters Khloe, 24, and 29-year-old Kourtney and mum Kris in Keeping Up with the Kardashians.
Kardashian is playing coy about the type of procedure her relative underwent – but insists fans will soon get a behind-the-scenes look.
She tells People.com, “Someone in the Kardashian family will soon have plastic surgery. I can’t tell you who, but someone in my family will look totally different and viewers will see it all on the show very soon”.
