First let me be raw to the raggedy bros who posted the video of Ms. Mia. What were you dudes thinking? Mia you are beautiful my Sista. Dilemmas fall on everyone’s doorstep. I watched my beautiful sister go from one day to being on top of her game to the next day leaving her kids sitting in the middle of an interstate. She was ultimately confronted as she herself ran away from her kids by a cop who did not care to recognize that my sis needed help. She instead was struck in the head with a gun and had to get over one hundred stitches.

One can speculate on the situation surrounding her break down. She was twenty four years old, worked two jobs and was in school full time. Long story short psychotropic medication could not help her because in between evaluations she started self medicating with street narcotics. Mental illness, identification of said illness and self medication are rampant in our communities amongst those who suffer from mental illness. Mia,baby girl,if you can hear me through these words… stand still and breathe. Your situation is a circumstance…your conditions will change if you address your circumstance.
